Downloading Images from Pixieset
I have sent you a link to your images to digitally download--now what?? It's a simple process and I'll walk you through it. Please please please make sure you download your images to your computer and/or device. **I cannot stress this enough--this link will not be up forever. In addition to that, a screenshot of your image to share is a highly downgraded quality that doesn't reflect the photo accurately.
Downloading a single image
Step One: Open any photo in the enlarged view and click the Download icon
Step Two: Confirm the download location
Step Three: A window with the photo will open. Press and hold the option to save
Step Four: Save to your photos

Downloading an entire gallery
Step One: Click on the download icon at the top right of the collection
Step Two: Click the download button
Step Three: Enter your email address (and the download PIN if the option to do so is there)
Step Four: Confirm the sets to download, the desired resolution, and the delivery method
Step Five: Wait on this page for your folder to be ready to download (alternatively you can wait until the folder is sent to your email)
Step Six: Unzip your folder

Click on the download icon at the top right of the collection (the three dots)

Click the download button
Step Three
Enter your email
Step Four
Step Three: Confirm the sets to download, the desired resolution, and the delivery method.
(High resolution for printing/Web size for social media posting)
Step Five
Wait on this page for your folder to be ready to download. If you prefer to come back to it, the link will be sent to your email.
Step Six
When you download the entire Collection, the images will be delivered in .ZIP format. The contents of the folder will need to be “unzipped” or extracted before being able to view the images.
Most computers will already come with some sort of unzip program, in which case you can just follow a couple of quick steps, and the computer will start the unzipping process automatically.

Using a Mac Computer
- Locate the Downloaded .ZIP file.
- Double-click the file. Your Mac will automatically unzip the file so the images can be viewed.
Using a PC/Windows Computer
- Locate the Downloaded .ZIP file.
- Right-click the .ZIP file.
- Select "Extract All" or "Extract Here", and the contents of .ZIP file will be extracted as a normal folder so the images can be viewed
Note: If the computer does not have a built-in program for compressed (zipped) folders, there are numerous free unzip software options that can be downloaded and installed.
